Table Numbers

For my table numbers I used Tolsby frames from Ikea (they are only $1 each and also come in orange, green red, and blue)
http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30151035/
You can insert pictures showing on both sides, so I used one side to display the table number, and the other side displayed the menu

For the table numbers I kept with the invitation theme, but for the dinner menu I found a complimentary yellow floral design I liked as to not over-use the invitation design.
I was worried the Ikea frames would look cheap, but they actually look great, and appear to be expensive ceramic (unless you pick them up, because they don't weigh a lot).

Invitations

As I said before I wanted to carry the yellow floral design from our invitations throughout the wedding, and being thrifty (and working on a budget) I decided to make my own RSVP cards, directions, and itinerary to include in my invitation utilizing the same floral design.

Again, all I had to do to make these is scan in the invitation, and use however much I wanted. For the pictures for the itinerary I used images I found on Google. I also included our wedding website information on the top, and at the bottom I put "The bride and groom respectfully request there be no children under the age of 12 present at the wedding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause"

My wedding is coming up, and 90% of it will be DIY and crafts that I made. I have searched high and low for templates, ideas, websites, etc. To save future brides headaches, time, and effort, I'm compiling all my crafts in this one place.
I hope future brides find this helpful!

Let's start with first things first.

My fiance and I decided on an outdoor wedding and reception with a color scheme of yellow and white with pops of blue; so most of my crafts and ideas have a garden/floral feel in yellows and blues.

We picked the wedding invitations first (even though we didn't order them until many months later) because I carried the color and theme from our wedding invitations throughout many of my crafts.

For example, here is the front of our wedding invitation:

I ordered a sample of the invitation, and scanned in the front of the invitation at home and carried these yellow flower swirls throughout the wedding.
The first thing I used it in is my Save the Dates.

I used the yellow floral design as the top part of my save the date spinner, and found a blue damask design I liked as the bottom.
Around the outside I put:
What: A union of two best friends
Who: our names
When: the date and time (I bought sticker return address labels from Wal-mart and printed on them the date and time with an insert that said "Please use this sticker to mark your calendar to remind you to come to our wedding spectacular" and then they can peel off the sticker and put it in their planner!)
Where: Venue, city, state

For the inside spinner I used a heart shaped pearl brad that I got at Michaels (40 pieces for $5 from their Recollections collection).
